Additional info!

TEAM BUILDER:

A great way to reduce event fees is by applying to be a Team Builder and serve during the event for one session a day (4-5 hours). Please click the following link to find out more.

CAMPING ADD-ONS:

There a number of options including a LIVE IN vehicle pitch / PARK & pitch / Glamping tents & TENT hire for 2/3/4 person tents. Find out more by clicking the link below:

OFF-SITE ACCOMMODATION:

David's Tent is happening at Charlton Park estate near Malmesbury in Wiltshire. Accommodation in Malmesbury itself is limited but nearby towns such as Swindon, Cirencester and Chippenham are all within reach to commute from a hotel or B&B. If you would like to consider maybe sharing an AirBnb please let us know by reply and we can put you in touch with others interested in perhaps sharing a property. A reminder that the event starts on Friday 23rd August and ends on Bank Holiday Monday 26th August so you'll need to budget for 3 nights accommodation to attend the full event.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:

Please be in touch if you have any questions relating to the following points

Are you coming for the entire event?

Are you considering a day ticket?

Would having a payment plan administrated through the Church help you?

Would you need help with transport OR could you offer help with transport?

Do you have spare camping equipment to those who might need help with tents/beds etc?

Our plan is to have a HUB for everyone to connect during the event with access to teas and coffees as well as a shared space to eat / spend time together outside of worship sessions or activities. This will serve on-site and off-site members of Adore and provide a focal point for connection and fellowship during the weekend.

Lastly we do have some flyers available at Church in the lobby area if you'd like to share with friends and family to encourage them to consider coming long too!
